1. Digital X and service provider

Digital X is a business brand for digital, marketing, web and AI services with business headquarters in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The full name of the contracting party, registration and tax data, official address and payment data are listed in the written offer, contract and/or account before the payment obligation arises. The client may request this information before accepting the offer.

2. Nature of the website

The website represents services, initial prices, demonstrations and digital solutions. Sending form contact, launching audits, adding an item to the request or sending a request does not automatically conclude the contract or make payment obligation.

The contract only occurs when the client accepts a written offer or other document that clearly defines the provider of the service, the volume, price, deadline, payment method and the specific conditions of the project.

3. Prices and taxes

Prices marked with “from” are informational starting prices. The final amount depends on the volume, integration, license, number of pages or users, complexity and deadlines. Tax treatment, included costs and possible third party fees are specified in the specific offer.

4. Digital products, demonstrations and AI functions

Public GrowthOS, Second Brain OS and other interactive displays can use demonstration or fictional data. The description of the function does not mean that each integration is included in each package. The final functionality depends on the selected volume, availability of third-party services and technical verification.

AI outputs may contain errors and do not constitute legal, tax, medical or financial advice. Important decisions require human scrutiny.

5. Copyright and permitted use

Texts, structure, design, graphics, demo systems and other original elements of the page are protected by applicable copyright rules. It is allowed to view and share a public link. Copying, selling, removing designations of origin or using a significant part of the content for commercial purposes requires prior written consent, except where the law allows otherwise.

Names, libraries, fonts, services and third-party content remain under their licenses and rules.

6. External links and services

The site can contain links to Google, Vercel, social networks, communication services and other independent providers. Digital X does not manage their content, accessibility or privacy rules. By opening the external link you are switching to third-party service.

7. Accessibility and accuracy

We try to keep the data accurate and accessible, but we do not guarantee continuous work without mistakes. Information can be changed due to the development of services, prices, technology or regulations. For the final volume, written offer is always accepted.

8. Objections and dispute resolution

Send the objection to info@digitalx.ba with name, contact, number of offers or account if there is, description of the problem and desired solution. We will consider the objection without undue delay and within the prescribed applicable rules.

First, we will try to resolve the dispute by agreement. If not possible, mandatory consumer protection rules and jurisdiction as defined by law or special contract apply.
