1. Services and informational content

Digital X provides web and e-commerce solutions, apps, SEO/GEO/AEO, advertising, content, automations, AI assistants and custom business systems. Website content is informational and is not a binding offer until scope, price and timeline are confirmed in writing.

2. Quotes and entering into an agreement

Submitting a form, an audit request or a wish list creates no obligation to pay. An agreement is formed by accepting a quote, contract or other document that defines the provider, deliverables, price, timelines, client obligations and special terms.

3. Prices and payment

Prices marked "from" are starting and indicative. Work may be paid in advance, in phases or periodically, as stated in the quote. Domains, hosting, licences, ad budget, paid services and third-party costs are included only where explicitly stated.

4. Timelines and client cooperation

The client provides content, access, decisions and feedback on time. Delays or changes in scope may move the deadline and require a new estimate. Third-party service timelines are not fully within Digital X's control.

5. Approvals and changes

Phases that require approval are sent for review. Later changes beyond the agreed number of revisions or scope may be charged additionally after the client confirms them in advance.

6. Intellectual property

Once paid in full, the client receives rights to the original final deliverable to the extent stated in the quote. Tools, libraries, models, templates and third-party licences remain subject to their own terms. Working files, internal procedures and reusable modules are transferred only if explicitly agreed.

Digital X may show the project in its portfolio without confidential data, unless confidentiality or a ban on publication has been agreed in writing.

7. Support and maintenance

The included support period and the type of fixes are stated in the quote. New functionality, content, changes to third-party services and maintenance after the included period are agreed separately.

8. AI and automation

AI systems can produce inaccurate or incomplete results. The client is responsible for human review before any legal, financial, medical, public or other significant use. Automations are tested against agreed scenarios but may depend on external APIs, quotas, rules and availability.

9. Confidentiality and access

Both parties protect confidential information they obtain during the engagement. The client should use separate user accounts, minimum permissions and, where possible, temporary access. Passwords and secrets should not be sent through the public contact form.

10. Cancellation, refunds and complaints

Detailed rules are set out in the document Cancellation, refunds and complaints. A specific quote may set a different schedule for phases or cancellation, but cannot exclude mandatory rights the user has under law.

11. Limitation of liability

We don't guarantee a particular search ranking, number of enquiries, revenue, platform approval or campaign result, because these depend on the market, competition, budget, the client's offer, data quality and third-party services. Liability is governed by applicable law and the specific quote; nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Privacy and cookies

Data processing is described in the Privacy policy, and measurement technologies in the Cookie policy.

We may update these terms when our services or regulations change. For a contracted project, the version or specific document accepted at the time of contracting applies, unless the law requires otherwise.
