Terms of Use

Last updated: 28.07.2026. These conditions edit the use of the site and the general framework of cooperation. The specific written offer has a special advantage for the project.

1. Services and information content

Digital X provides web and e-commerce solutions, applications, SEO/GEO/AEO, advertising, content, automation, AI assistants and business systems by measure. The content of the site is informative and does not represent a binding offer until the volume, price and deadline are confirmed in writing.

2. Offer and conclusion of cooperation

Sending a form, audit of a request or list of desired items does not create a payment obligation. The contract arises by accepting a offer, contract or other document defining the supplier, delivery, price, deadlines, client obligations and special conditions.

3. Prices and payment

Prices marked “from” are initial and informative. Work can be paid up-to-date, at stages or periodically, as indicated in the offer. Domains, hosting, licences, advertising budget, paid services and third-party costs are included only when explicitly specified.

4. Time limits and client cooperation

The client delivers content, access, decisions and feedback in a timely manner. Delay or change in size may move the time frame and require a new assessment. The service periods of third parties are not fully controlled by Digital X.

5. Authorisations and changes

The stages that require approval shall be sent for review. Subsequent changes outside the agreed number of audits or volumes may be further charged after prior confirmation of the client.

6. Intellectual property

After full payment, the client receives rights over the original final delivery in the range specified in the offer. Tools, libraries, models, templates and licenses of third parties remain on their terms. Work files, internal procedures and multiple usable modules are transferred only if explicitly agreed.

Digital X can display a project in a portfolio without confidential information, except when confidentiality or a ban is agreed on.

7. Support and maintenance

The period of support included and the type of corrections are specified in the offer. New functionality, content, changes in third party services and maintenance after the period included are specifically agreed.

8. AI and automation

AI systems can give an incorrect or incomplete result. The client is responsible for human verification before legal, financial, medical, public or other significant uses. Automations are tested according to agreed scenarios, but may depend on external APIs, quotas, rules and availability.

9. Confidentiality and approaches

The parties protect confidential information they access during their collaboration. The client should use separate user orders, minimum rights and, where possible, temporary access. Passwords and secrets should not be sent through public contact form.

10. Cancellation, return and complaint

Detailed rules are contained in the document Cancellation, recovery and complaint. A special offer may contain a different phase or cancellation schedule, but cannot exclude mandatory rights that belong to the user under the law.

11. Restricting responsibilities

We do not guarantee a specific position on the browser, number of queries, income, platform approval or campaign result because they depend on the market, competition, budget, client offers, data quality and third party services. Responsibility is regulated by applicable law and special offer; nothing in these conditions excludes responsibility that is not allowed to be excluded.

12. Privacy and Cookies

Data processing is described in Privacy Policyand measurement technologies in Cookie policies.

13. Contact and amendments

We can update the terms of the change of services or regulations. The agreed project is subject to a version or a special document accepted at the time of the contract, except where the law requires otherwise.
