Google reviews on autopilot: how to up to 50+ reviews without asking customers
When someone enters "freezer + your city", Google shows three businesses on the map. Who gets a call? Almost always the one with the most good reviews. Reviews have become the currency of local business — and most businesses in BiH collect them accidentally, one month if the customer remembers.
Why "please leave the review" doesn't work
The customer sincerely intends to leave the review at the time of departure. Then he sits in the car, rings the phone — and over. Time and effort: While the customer at home opens Google, finds your profile and clicks five stars, it has gone five steps too.
How the Auto System works
- Finish the service and add the customer to the system (or withdraw from the calendar/account).
- After 2-3 hours, the customer automatically receives a message (SMS/WhatsApp/Viber): "Thank you for your confidence! If you are satisfied, we would appreciate a review – here is a direct link."
- Click on Water right to form for review - Zero search, zero steps.
- If the customer does not respond, in three days there will be one reminder.
The result in practice: instead of 1-2 reviews per month, 15-25. In three months business with 12 reviews can actually cross 80 — and this changes the position on the map, because the number and freshness of the reviews are among the strongest signals of local ranking.
Important rules (not to earn a penalty)
- You do not offer discounts or reviews — Google punishes this by removing reviews.
- Do not filter "only satisfied" on the review, but dissatisfied in private form — and this is against the rules.
- Answer each review — and the bad, especially the bad — and that is what future customers read.
